● Ensure smooth operation of electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
● Lead maintenance projects, machine installation, and commissioning activities.
● Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
● Prepare maintenance schedules and maintain maintenance records.
● Coordinate with production teams for uninterrupted manufacturing.
● Manage maintenance manpower, contractors, and spare parts inventory.
● Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
● Drive continuous improvement to improve machine reliability and reduce maintenance costs.
● Support plant utility maintenance, including compressors, DG sets, panels, and other utilities.
